Hanging with large drive

The app freezes when there are many files to sync (1000+). I have to force quit and restart.

    Hi,
    the freeze is UI issues (the sync icon) sync process still working , can you send us log file ?
    it stored in "~/Library/Containers/com.macappsters.SyncPlus/Data/Documents” folder, all .txt file you can remove current account and re sync again.

    When you starting add new account, try "Selective Sync” in Advance Tab (final screen in setup process) and wait when all folders structure load completed then click update ( see attached image)

    I tried with that account several times. I said it was syncing but I never saw a single file. The first account came down just fine. I'll send the log but I deleted the app.

    I'd love to be able to get it to work! Solves a big problem for me!

    You sure you should be printing the refresh token and credentials in a log
    file??

    Anyway, here is the log file.

    Hi,
    The the refresh token and credentials will be turn off in next update. We are seeing MultiDrive still in progress getting Folders/files structure in your Drive. it didn't download to local. There are problem is we not seeing the path to MultiDrive root folder print in the log file ?.

    We recommend reset the app:
    - quit app if it's running. - You can reset full app setting by delete this folder "~/Library/Containers/com.macappsters.SyncPlus” and it will reset MultiDrive configuration to starting state. - try delete current MultiDrive root folder on local if it already existed.

    • re open app. When start add new account (large account )
      You should try choose Selective Sync first (Click on Advance button in Setup process) Wait multi Drive grab all folder /files structure before continue .

    I tried quitting, force quitting and reinstalling. First account added is
    fine. Second account locks up every time.

    I think it is having issues with one of the accounts (through a SSO
    provider okta.com). I don't know why because I have used oauth to connect
    to through this same SSO provider. Anyway, that is a heads up for you. I
    tried that account without any other account after a clean install and it
    still got hung up.
