Hangouts Plus not saving login information for Federated logins

Hi, our company uses federated logins with our Google account. Every time I close Hangouts Plus and reopen it, the app will ask me to log in again. I'm presuming the app should remember my credentials and not ask me to login every single time.

Did you check on 'Stay sign in' option when you login ? see attachement. You can try logout and re login with another account.

This is what I see on the next screen, there isn't a Stay Signed in checkbox, probably due to the fact that it's federated.

Seem the issue relate to your Federate login service, Hangouts Plus app use Google login service, it uses Google single sign on service to save login credentials.

have you ever tried login your account in Safari for Gmail (example ), when you restarted Macbook, did it remember your account ?

After a restart yes Safari remembers my credentials as long as i'm on the corporate network at the time. If I try it from home then it makes me log in again.
Is there a way to make Hangouts Plus use the same method that Safari uses to remember those credentials?

It should be same as Safari as we use same google login service, let us check your case. Can you provide your Mac UUID?

Ok I just tried it, but it worked exactly the same as the mac app store version. There was no tickbox to save login information and it made it signin again on application quit.
