Unable to access iDocs since the macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 update was pushed to our computer on 20 March. When we try to access iDocs, "Unsupported Browser" appears on our screen. The online instructions say we need macOS(10.8 & later) for Apple Safari.

Any fixes?

Have lost the ability to access iDocs again (see original problem below). Same as before, when I try to access iDocs, "Unsupported Browser" appears on the screen.

Last time I downloaded your Dropbox zip file and it gave me access to iDocs. That doesn't work now.

    Any fixes?

    Hi,

We have re checked and it still working, make sure you open the lasted version, or you can copy to replace old version.

Let us know it work for you.

    Thanks.
